We are a cruise oriented company, providing
personalized service and help to plan your perfect
trip. We sell all types of cruises, river cruises, tour
packages (domestic and international). We can also
charter yachts which are a popular option for large
groups and meetings. We can help with
honeymoon registries, destination weddings, or even a wedding onboard ship.
If you have a group, we can help plan your trip, get you excellent group rates
with added amenities and arrange group shore excursions. We can arrange
land tours with group rates also.

About Us

The Cruise Crew is owned and operated by Lorelle and Rob Hardt. Both
Lorelle and Rob are former crew members from several of the major cruise
lines. They sailed in Europe, Russia, Caribbean and Mexico. They met on the
NCL ship, Star Odyssey, which is now the Fred Olsen Line’s The Black
Watch.

Lorelle is a DS (Destination Specialist-Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Australia,
New Zealand), Certified Niche Cruise Specialist, has several Cruise line
Specialist Certifications, Kiwi Specialist and Aussie Specialist. She has also
passed the National TAP test (Travel Agent Proficiency Test), is enrolled in
the DS Tahiti and Europe program and the CLIA Accredited Cruise Counselor
program.

Since being away from Australia, her homeland, Lorelle has lived in the U.K
and traveled in numerous countries such as Italy, Austria, Greece, Germany,
Turkey, Egypt, Russia and several other Western and Eastern European
countries.

Rob has spent time in Japan and traveled around Europe as well as a ship
contract that did a world cruise. He is a musician, which was his job on board
the ships. He is also a computer programmer and helps with the technical side
of the business. Between the two of them, they have traveled to 42 countries
and recently traveled to China and New Zealand.

They have worked on small ships, mid size ships and the larger mega ships.
Some of their favorite destinations are Western and Eastern Europe, parts of
Africa, Asia and of course Australia.
